Ep. 31: A Conversation on Healthy Identity and Freedom with Alliah Livingstone

Life is filled with so many ups, downs, twists and turns that it can be easy to lose sight of who we are and what we were made to do (or feel like we never knew to begin with!)

But I believe that we were all created by God, on purpose, for purpose, and that we are able to be most effective for his glory when we understand and embrace what our identity and purpose are.

In this episode I’m talking with my friend Alliah Livingstone all about what it looks like to walk in the freedom that comes from knowing who you are, what you were made for, and how to live it out well through the changing seasons of life.

What You’ll Hear:

  • The importance of self reflection and self awareness

  • How slowing down creates space for God to reveal things to us

  • Why it’s important to examine your “shoulds” in life

  • How understanding your identity and purpose brings freedom

  • The distinct difference between your identity and your vocation

  • How to help your children discover and embrace their identity

  • What it looks like to honor and embrace each season of your life
